MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 15 December 1945, file AG 000.5 (7 Dec 45) L.S., subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is direrced to deliver one KOETSU, Ota to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp) , at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said KOETSU's name. This name appears as the only name under Sub-Branch 3, Sendai Area, page No. 1 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
