SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated. 13 April 1946, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one SHO, Hatori (Hitori) to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said SHO's name. This name appears as the last name on page No. 2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
