MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Reinstatement of AGATA, Yasushi, former Teacher and Student Inspector at Rikkyo University.

1. So much of Memorandum, this Headquarters, for the Imperial Japanese Government, file No. AG 000.3(24 Oct 45)CIS, subject: "Violation of Religious Freedom" as pertains to
"Ko Ogata, teacher, former student Inspector" is rescinded.
2. Upon receipt of this Memorandum, the Imperial Japanese Government will reinstate AGATA, Yasushi, in his former position at Rikkyo University.
3. This action is directed because further investigation has disclosed that AGATA has not been an active exponent of militarism and ultra-nationalism.
