SUBJECT | Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals. |
1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 22 February 1946, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one YOSHINO, Yukichi to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said YOSHINO's name. This name appears as the only name on page No. 4 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
2. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 9 March 1946, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one KIKUCHI, Masatoshi to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said KIKUCHI's name. This name appears as the second name on page No. 4 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
