SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 18 March 1946, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one NAGAI, Kunio, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said NAGAI's name. This name appears as the first name on page No. 3 of the above-mentioned Memorandum.
