MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 1 December 1945, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one OMURA, Toshio, 1st Lt., to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said OMURA's name. This name appears in Paragraph No. 6, 1st name, page No. 5 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
