MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 1 December 1945, file and subject as above, wherein the Imparial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one OKASAKI, Kumao, to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said OKASAKI's name. This name appears as the only name in paragraph 4, page Mo. 4 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
