MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Japanese Diplomats.

1. The Japanese repatriation vessel NATSUZUKI is scheduled to arrive at Yokohama on or about 15 March 1946. This vessel transports 300 to 400 Japanese diplomats transported from Europe to Manila aboard the Plus Ultra.
2. The Imperial Japanese Government will be prepared to receive these repatriated diplomatic and consular personnel.
