MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Return of Official Organization Seals with Repatriating Oversea Forces.

1. Reference is made to letter, file S 543, dated 6 December 1945, from Liaison Commission for the Imperial Japanese Demobilization Ministrios, subject: "Petition to Bing Back Documents Necessary for Repatriating Oversea Forces," and to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, this headquarters, file number AG 313 (23 Dec 45)GC, subject: "Return of Certain Documents by Repatriating Oversea Forces."
2. Official organization seals, subject to the provision governing the return of certain documents made in the reference memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, may accompany Japanese units being repatriated from oversea forces.
3. Allied commanders have been informed of the contents of this memorandum.
