MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation to Ryukyus.

1. Reference is made to memorandum of this headquarters, file AG 370.05 (14 Jan 46) GC, dated 14 January 1946, subject: "Repatriation to Ryukyus."
2. The United States vessel 4043 Howell E. Jackson, capacity 2,000 passengers, arrives at Uraga on or about 7 February 1946. This vessel will outload Ryukyuan repatriates for debarkation at Amami.
3. The Imperial Japanese Government will place aboard the Howell E. Jackson at Uraga, capacity load of Ryukyuan repatriates for debarkation at Amami in accordance with paragraph 4 of reference cited above.
