MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 1 December 1945, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one TOSHINO, to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said TOSHINO's name. This name appears as the 1st name in paragraph 3, page No.4 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
