MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Korean Repatriates Debarked at Uraga.

1. Two hundred forty-eight(248) Korean civilians from Truk arrived at Uraga25 January, aboard Escort Ikino.
2. The Imperial Japanese Government will:
a. Take necessary steps to care for these Koreans while in Japan.
b. Move the subject Koreans to suitable repatriation port for shipment to Korea.
