MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Outloading Koreans on Ships Sailing from Maizuru.

1.Reference is made to memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 370.05 (14 Dec 45)GC, subject : "Korean Repatriates in Maizuru Area."
2.Use of ships in repatriating subject Koreans from the Maizuru reception center to Korea is authorized.
3.For this purpose the usual arrangements will be made through the Civilian Merchant Marine Committee with the Shipping Control Administration for Japanese Shipping, for the use of vessels leaving Maizuru.
4.This confirms verbal instructions to the Central Liaison Office (Mr. Ushiba) 6 January 1946.
