MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Japanese Repatriation from Shanghai.

1. Commencing on or about 5 January 1946 convoys of LSTs will bring Japanese repatriates from Shanghai in to Sasebo at on coverage rate of 3000 daily, This is in addition to repatriation traffic being received at Sasebo from North China ports.
2. Upon discharge of passengers at Sasebo ▲he▲e LSTs on Shanghai Japan shuttles will return empty to Shanghai.
3. The Imperial Japanese Government will make arrangements to receive and ▲▲▲ this additional incoming traffic at Sasebo.
