MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Lt Mizoguchi and Three Other Suspected War Criminals.

1． Reference your letter C L O 1256 (5.1) dated 21 December 45, subject as above.
2． It is directed that the four Japanese involved in the arrest order of the U. S. Army Forces in Korea and also in the Supreme Commander's Memorandum AG 000.5(1 Dec 45)LS, be delivered to Sugamo Prison. When that is accomplished this headquarters will notify the Commanding General, United States Army Forces in Korea that they are being detained and will transport them to Korea if further study funds it advisable.
