MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation.

1. Following is furnished for your information. The numbers of landing ships tank shuttling between China - Sasebo and Korea have been reduced materially. For the time being approximately thirty (30) of these vessels will remain on the shuttles. This will materially reduce the number of Koreans that can be outloaded at Sasebo for Korea.
2. Action will be taken to reduce number of Koreans flowing into Sasebo for repatriation to Korea by 30% in order to avoid congestion.
