MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
Subject	Permission to Repatriate Chinese Laborers and Students on the S.S. Meiyu Maru.

1. reference is made to C. L. O. Nos 878(5.1) and 972(5.1) same subject dated 5 and 8 December 1945 respectively
2. Permission is granted to place aboard Japanese vessel S. S. Meiyu Maru the Chinese repatriates mentioned in the above cited references. These repatriates will embark for Shanghai at Kagoshima on 12 December 1945
