MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Notice of Arrival of Patients.

1. Upon arrival Yokohama late this month the exact this ▲ furnished when received, vessel Genera ▲▲nst will disembark nineteen filariasis infected patients from Hawaii. One of these patients is a Japanese naval lieutenant who formerly resided in Japan. The remaining eighteen are former residents of Okinawa.
2. It is directed that necessary arrangements be made to receive, process and care for these patients.
