SUBJECT	Inspection of Naval Arsenals (Ref: CLO No. 324 dated 20 October 1945)

1. The Japanese Naval Arsenals enumerated on the attached list are approved for inspection by the Japanese authorities at such times and subject to such restrictions and conditions as noted.
2. Information on Items # 1-3 and 5-8 was informally submitted to Mr. Yukio Hasund, Central Liaison Committee, on 12 November 1945.
