MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Formosans from Japan.

1. Reference is made to the request in C. L. O. No 661(5.1) dated 20 November 1945, subject: same as above.
2. Formosa has not been opened for repatriation. Therefore the repatriation of the Formosans, subject of cited reference, is not favorably considered.
