SUBJECT	Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Utonomiya and Hitachi.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for Japanese Government, file AG 370.05 (7 Nov 45) GC, dated 7 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Chinese and Korean Nationals," and Memorandum for Japanese Government, file AG 370.5 (11 Nov 45) GC, dated 11 November 1945, same subject.
2. You are directed to return at the earliest possible date the Chinese and Korean nationals, referred to above. From the Utsonomiya and Hitachi areas to their respective countries in accordance with the provisions of Memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 370.5 (1 Nov 45) GC, dated 1 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan."
