MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Chinese Nationals.

1. It has been brought to the attention of this headquarters that three hundred eighty-six (386) Chinese coolies located at Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture have made trouble there.
2. It is desired that this personnel be returned to China in accordance with the provisions of Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 370.5 (1 Nov 45) GC, dated 1 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese From Japan".
