SUBJECT	Release of Property of Certain German Nationals

1. Reference is made to CLO Memorandum No. 395, subject: "Re AG 091.112 (13 Sept 45) MG," with attached applications.
2. Reference is also made to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government AG 091 (24 Oct 45) ESS-FI, subject: "Application of German Nationals for Release of Property and Other Assets."
3. It is directed that the information specified in memorandum referred to in paragraph 2 be furnished with respect to each application in memorandum referred to in paragraph 1:

It is further directed that no further applications for the release of property from the terms of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance on the Preservation of the Property of the Specified Powers, be forwarded this Headquarters unless accompanied by the information specified in memorandum referred to in paragraph 2.
