MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. By direction of the Allied Powers, the following instructions are given the Imperial Japanese Government for prompt compliance.
a. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 6 November 1945, file and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver those apprehended to the Commanding General, XI Corps at XI Corps Stockade Number 2 (Omori Prison) Yokohama, is hereby amended, and all suspected War Criminals listed therein will, upon apprehension, be delivered to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp).
