MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Evacuation from Korea

The evacuation of Lieutenant General Kozuki, Yoshio and the remainder is of Headquarters, Seventeenth Area Army totaling about 230 individuals is to be accomplished on or about 21 November 1945 from Fusan. Southern Korea will then be cleared of Japanese naval and military personnel except for approximately 2650 kept at Fusan for assistance in processing civilian personnel.
