MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Chinese and Korean Nationals

1. Transmitted herewith for information are lists of chinese and Korean Nationals located in the vicinity of UTSUNOMIYA, whom the Commanding General, English Army has recommended for repatriation at an early date.
2. It is desired that you return this personnel to their respective countries in accordance with the provisions of Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese government, file AG 370.5 (1 Nov 45) GC, dated 1 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan." No special priority should be given this group.
