MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Report on Spectrographic Analytical Equipment in Japan.

1. The Japanese Government will report on the existence of all spectrographic analytical equipment in Japan proper as follows:
a. Description of model.
b. Condition.
c. Availability of technical operator.
d. Location in detail.
2. This report will be delivered written in English to the Mining and Geology Division, Natural Resources Section, GHQ, SCAP, within 15 days of the date of this directive by a representative of the Japanese Government familiar with the subject.
