MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	International Postal Service Between Japan and the Ryukyu Islands.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 311.1 (13 Jun 50)CCS, SCAPIN 2102, 13 June 1950, subject same as above.
2. Effective at once, paragraph 3c is amended to read as follows:
"c. Money Order Service will be inaugurated at a date to be agreed upon by the Japanese Government, Ministry of Postal Services, and the Ryukyu Communications Administration, Naha, Okinawa."
