MEMORANDUM FOR	THE IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Chinese Civilian Internees and Ex-Prisoners of War.

1. This headquarters has received a list of Chinese Civilian Internees and Ex-Prisoners of War in Akita prefecture awaiting movement to China.
2. Passenger list of those destined for North and Central China, listed separately are attached.
3. It is desired that movement of subject personnel to China be included in shipping schedules submitted to SCAJAP for approval.
