MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Reinstatement of MIYAZAKI, Isao, former Professor and Student Inspector at Rikkyo University

1. So much of memorandum for the Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, AG 000.3 (24 Oct 45)CIS, SCAPIN 183, subject: Violation of Religious Freedom, 24 October 1945, as pertains to "H. J. Miyazaki, Student Inspector," is hereby rescinded.
2. Upon receipt of this memorandum, the Japanese Government will reinstate MIYAZAKI, Isao (H. J.), in his former position at Rikkyo University.
3. This action is directed because further investigation has disclosed that there is no substantial evidence of MIYAZAKI's having been active in the suppression of religious freedom in Rikkyo University.
4. It is further directed that MIYAZAKI be screened in accordance with provisions of Japanese Government Ordinance 62.
