MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
Subject	Extension of Expeditionary Force Message Service

1. It is desired that Expeditionary Force Message Service be extended to the Osaka-Kyoto area.
2. As facilities become available it is desired that this service be extended to other points in the Empire where United States Armed Forces are stationed. You will be advised of these locations from time to time by the Chief of the Civil Communications Section of this Headquarters.
