MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo
SUBJECT	Repatriation and Shipment of Property of Koreans to Korea on Board their Own Ships

1.Reference is made to C.L.O. No. 9481(RF), subject as above, dated 10 December 1947, in which information is requested concerning shipment of Korean-owned property to Korea by Category Ⅰ Koreans.
2.The Supreme Commander will continue to approve applications for shipment of Class Ⅲ property in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4b, Operational Directive No. 77, Headquarters Eighth Army, 4 September 1946. Notification of approval will be given by a representative of Commanding General, Eighth Army in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5, SCAPIN 1092, 30 July 1946, subject, "Shipment of Limited Amounts of Korean-Owned Property in Japan."
3.The Japanese Government will furnish fuel and/or other materials on a revenue basis when directed to do so by Occupation authorities.
4.Repatriation of individuals concerned in each instance will continue to be authorized by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
