MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Control of Radio Communications.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 676.3 (14 Jul 47)CCS, SCAPIN 1744, 14 July 1947, subject: Control of Radio Communications, as amended.
2. Inclosures 1 and 2 of this memorandum are the bimonthly lists of amendments including all additions, deletions, and changes to Inclosures 1 and 2 of SCAPIN 1744/22, prepared and submitted in accordance with paragraphs 12 and 13 of reference 1.
3. This memorandum reaffirms the authorization of all amendments authorized by direct communication between Civil Communications Section, General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, and the Ministry of Telecommunications during January and February 1950.
