MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Japanese Government dated 10 Jan 47, file AG 000.5 (10 Jan 47) LS-R, (SCAPIN - 1456), wherein the Japanese Government was directed to deliver one YAMADA, (FNU), Lieutenant, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said YAMADA's name for the reason that YAMADA is no longer required. This name appears as the second name on Page No. 8 of the above-mentioned Memorandum.
