SUBJECT	Clarification of Status of Former Suspected War Criminals.

1. The following-named Japanese listed, on Memorandums indicated below are deleted from said lists, are released from suspicion as Suspected War Criminals, are released from Sugamo Prison, and henceforth will be returned to their former status.
