MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Japanese Government dated 6 Nov 46, file AG 000.5 (6 Nov 46)LS-R, (SCAPIN 1317), wherein the Japanese Government was directed to deliver one NAGAMURA, Mitsugo, 2nd Lieutenant, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said NAGAMURA's name for the reason that NAGAMURA is in custody in Shanghai. This name appears as the eighth name on Page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
