MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 10 Jan 47, file AG 000.5 (10 Jan 47) LS_R, (SCAPIN 1455), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one KONDO, (FNU), Captain, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said KONDO's name for the reason that he is now held in Rangoon Gaol, Burma. This name appears as the third name on Page No. 2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
