MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 8 Nov 46, file AG 000.5 (8 Nov 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN - 1326), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one CHUMA, (FNU), Ensign, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said CHUMA's name for the reason that he is the same CHUMA, Sazao who is being transferred to South East Asia. This name appears as the first name on Page No.1 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
