MEMORANDUM FOR	THE IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Chinese Civilian Internees and Prisoners of War.

1. It has been brought to the attention of this headquarters that 168 Chinese POW's and civilian internees are billeted at Yokohama awaiting movement to China.
2. Passenger lists of those destined for North, Central and South China, listed separately, are attached.
3. It is desired that movement of subject personnel to China be included in shipping schedules submitted to SCAJAP for approval
