MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 12 Nov 46, file AG 000.5 (12 Nov 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN 1331), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one MATAMO, Mataichi, Lt., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said MATAMO's name for the reason that he is no longer required. This name appears as the first name on Page No. 4 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
