MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 7 Sep 46, file AG 000.5 (7 Sep 46) LS-R (SCAPIN 1188), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one TAKAYA, Morizaburo, Colorel, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said TAKAYA's name for the reason that he is now confined at South East Asia. This name appears as the eighth name on Page No. 7 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
