MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Quarantine Procedures for Repatriates from Cholera Ports.

1．Reference is made to Memorandum from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, file AG 370.05 (7 May 46)GC, (SCAPIN 927), dated 7 May 1946, subject: Repatriation, as amended.
2. Rangoon, Burma, is designated a "cholera port."
3. The British ship Dilwara carrying approximately 1,632 Japanese repatriates is scheduled to arrive at Kure on or about 6 April 1947.
4. The Imperial Japanese Government will apply the quarantine and other procedures prescribed in paragraph 3, Annex V. of reference paragraph 1 above, for repatriated arriving in Japan on shipping from Rangoon, including Japanese repatriated aboard the ship Dilwara upon its arrival at Kure.
