MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 11 Sep 46, file AG 000.5 (11 Sep 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN - 1194), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one HARA, (FNU), Lt. Colonel, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said HARA's name for the reason he is presently interned and serving his sentence.
2. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 11 Sep 46, file AG 000.5 (11 Sep 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN - 1194), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one MORI, Kunizo, Vice Admiral, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said MORI's name for the reason he is presently interned and serving his sentence.
