MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 12 November 1946, file AG 000.5 (12 Nov 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN 1331), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one TSUCHIBASHI, Yuitsu, Lt General, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison, (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said TSUCHIBASHI's name for the reason that he is presently confined in Nanking, China, pending trial for War Crimes committed in China. This name appears as the sixth name on Page No. 6 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
