SUBJECT | Inventory Instructions for Sulfuric Acid Plants. |
1. Reference is Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, File AG 387.6 (13 Aug 46) ESS/IN, (SCAPIN 1132), dated 13 August 1946, subject: Reparations Selections Within the Sulfuric Acid Industry.
2. The Imperial Japanese Government is notified that certain items of equipment located in specified plants (Inclosure 1) will be recorded on an inventory form prepared by General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
3. There will be made available to the Commanding General, Eighth Army, all personnel, equipment and supplies deemed necessary by him to accomplish the purpose of this memorandum,
4. The Imperial Japanese Government will have qualified representatives report to the Commanding General, Eighth Army, to receive detailed instructions to accomplish the purpose of this memorandum.
