MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 10 January 1947, file AG 000.5 (10 Jan 47)LS-R, (SCAPIN 1455) wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one YOSHINARI, Eiji, Sgt., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said YOSHINARI's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in CHANGI Gaol, SINGAPORE. This name appears as the fifth name on Pago No. 5 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
