MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 9 March 1946, file AG 000.5 (9 Mar 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN 807), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one HAYASHI, Tadahiko, Major, to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said HAYASHI's name. This name appears as the first name on Page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
