IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 7 September 1946, file AG 000.5 (7 Sep 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN-1188), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one SAEKI, Katsuji, Sgt., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said SAEKI's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in TAIPING Jail. This name appears as the fifth name on Page No. 6 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 7 September 1946, file AG 000.5 (7 Sep 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN-1188), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one OZAKI, Eichi, Cpl., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said OZAKI's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in TAIPING Jail. This name appears as the fourth name on Page No.6 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
