MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 6 November 1946, file AG 000.5 (6 Nov 46) LS-R, (SCAPIN-1317), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one MAYASHI, Hidezumi, Lt. Col., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said MAYASHI's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in SAIGON. This name appears as the third name on Page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
