MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 7 September 1946, file AG 000.5 (7 Sep 46) LS-R, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one YOSHIDA (FNU) Int., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said YOSHIDA's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in PENANG Jail, Malaya. This name appears as the eighth name on Page No. 8 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
